CORONARY ARTERY DISEASES
Coronary arteries are the blood vessels that supply oxygen-rich blood to your heart muscle to keep it pumping. The coronary arteries are on top of your heart muscle.
There are four main coronary arteries:
The right coronary artery.
The left coronary artery.
The left anterior descending artery.
The left circumflex artery.
Coronary artery syndrome is a common heart condition. The major blood vessels that supply the heart (coronary arteries) struggle to send enough blood, oxygen, and nutrients to the heart muscle. Cholesterol deposits (plaques) and inflammation are usually the cause of coronary artery disease. Coronary artery disease is also known as coronary heart disease, ischemic heart disease and heart disease.
SYMPTOMS
Chest pain (angina)
Shortness of breath.
Heart attack.
Feeling tired.
Dizziness

Weakness.
REASON
Diabetes or insulin resistance
High cholesterol
High blood pressure
Not getting enough exercise (sedentary lifestyle)
Smoking or tobacco use
Too little and too much sleep
A lot of stress
Excess body weight
Excessive consumption of alcohol
TREATMENT
Heart catheterization:
Cardiac catheterization is advised to diagnose coronary artery disease, heart failure, microvascular heart disease, and congenital heart disease. Cardiac catheterization is a medical procedure that measures the blood pressure and blood flow in and around the heart. Cardiologists use cardiac catheterization to diagnose and evolute common heart and blood vessels problem, like chest pain(angina) or an abnormal stress test due to coronary artery diseases, irregular heartbeats(arrhythmias), valves conditions like a leaky or narrow valve, a high blood pressure condition in the lungs, blood clots in the lungs from an embolism and an enlarged heart.
There are two types of cardiac catheterization procedures:
Right heart catheterization
Left heart catheterization.
Right heart catheterization is a test used to monetize the heartbeat and to measure the blood pressure in your heart and the main blood vessels in the lungs. The test is also called pulmonary artery catheterization. The procedure takes about an hour. Additional time is needed for the other test that may be done and to get ready and recover from the procedure.
Left heart catheterization is the passage of a thin flexible tube(catheter) into the left side of the heart. It is done to analyze heart problems. The process may last from less than 1 hour to several hours.
Required test before cardiac catheterization procedure:
Blood work
Electrocardiogram (EKG)
Chest X-RAY
Echocardiogram
Cardiac CT scan
Heart MRI
Stress test
RISK FACTORS
A hole going through your blood vessel
Air embolism
Allergic reaction
Bleeding
Blood clots
Bruise
Heart attack
Infection
Kidney damage
Stroke
Uneven or irregular heart rhythm (arrhythmia)
